2011 Coming!

This is the last time I'm saying HELLO BLOGGERS! this year, because in a couple of hours or maybe a little more the year 2010 will be history!

And for the first time in my life I'm not celebrating it at my grandparent's house, in the typical crowded dinner, with more than twenty people in a table for 5, with aunts, uncles, cousins and everything. This year, we're going to make a small supper wity my little family, my parents and my brother, at home. We have a really good meal waiting for us!

Now it's time for wishes and purposes, and mines I'm going to acomplish as I can and the best I can. I know that if there is a day in which we are able to change our ways and our bad qualities it's today. An I'll try hard to do that. I'm expecting a really good 2011, don't you?

Happy New Year to everyone and see you in the next post!

Coming home for New Year!

So, people, I was supposed to come home in the evening, after having visited some of the impressive castles near Carcassonne, as Peyrepertuse or Quéribus, which are pretty well preserved, but my brother caught a bronchitis with high temperatures and he was coughing and didn't fell well, so we decided to come to Barcelona in the morning, after having breakfast.

The trip has been really good, and I didn't remember of the cité of Carcassonne, so it impressed me how was the castle and the medieval city in those times. We also visited the city of Narbonne and, if he had stayed there today, we'd have gone to Perpignan. The village where I use to spend my vacation is just in the frontier of France, in the Pyrenees, so most of the trip was in the same roads. It lasted 3 hours and a half by car.

Well, today is late and I'm just looking forward to see one chapter of Dexter , I'm in the fifth season, just as in the States, and I love this show! See you tomorrow!!

Carcassonne

Hi there!

Days 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th of December are the only ones that aren't important in these Christmas days, so my parents and a friend of ours' decided to have a little vacation inside winter: I'm going to Carcassonne. We're going by car, it will take approximatelly 3 ahours or something like that, but we'll stay there for 3 days, so we'll return a day before the end of the year! I think I'm going to like this little trip!

I'm afraid I will not be able to write in here for these days, but have for sure that this is not the last 2010 entry!

See you in the next post!

Christmas Time!

Merry Christmas everybody!

Today is the 25th, one of the most important days in the year, and my family and I started celebrating it yesterday night. As it was Nochebuena, all my mother's family met at my grandma's house, and we had a big supper with lots of food and Christmas things. But today we've gone to my grandparents' (parents of my father) to have lunch with my aunt, uncle, cousin and them. We've been ding this all my life, year after year, and it has become a tradition.

Well, Wednesday we finished school with a pretty good farewell, doing the "invisible friend" and talking with friends. I returned home with a nice pencil case which Irene gave me as a present and the happiness for having finished the trimester.

But yesterday I had to work in the chemistry homework and I met with Oriol Valero and Arnau Vicente to do a Powerpoint about the ozone layer and renonvable energies. And I've got to do all my other assignements for this holiday, so I think it's not that easy to disconnect from classes.

As it's said, "Per Nadal, qui res no estrena res no val", so I'm going to make a new thing in my blog. From now on, in each post I will embed a link (or the video if you prefer it, please tell me what is better) with a song that has been sounding in my head all day. Today's song is:

Just two days!

Well, I think I have to apologize, bloggers, because I haven't wrote in here for a week and a day. I've been doing things the whole week and I didn't find any good moment to explain my little slice of life.

So last week wasn't really very special, but Friday we had our "Class Lunch", almost all the students in 3rd ESO A. We ate something at Pans and Company and then we stayed there talking and all that. It wasn't bad. On Saturday at six o'clock I met Albert, Aleix and Sergi to record our Christmas `video, and when we finished we walked around Glories and bought our "Invisible Friend" present. Sunday was my working day. It took me lots of hours to finish my exercises from the English Book and I went to a family lunch, in which we celebrated my mom's birthday.

And today, I've finally finished my English classes and I got home an hour ago or something like that. And I've realised that this year, after three or four years without having it, a Chistmas spirit is inside me, and I love it. It's Christmas time!

Sitges

Hi again! Yesterday was a very good day for me! As I have to go to ESTALMAT, I got up early, at 8 o'clock, and prepared my things for leaving. For me, this time between 9 and 10 o'clock on Saturdays, in which I am in the metro, is one of the bests of the week. I just sit there, listening to quiet music, and I don't think on anything, just feel those songs. A sensation of peace goes through me and that makes me really happy, for the next hours, maybe all day.

I know I sound crazy, but music for me is a lot, everything, I could say. I want you to hear this song:

I love Jack Johnson, all of his songs of this CD (In Between Dreams).

So yesterday after maths I went with my parents and my brother to have lunch with a friend of my father and his wife and little kid. We spent the day in Sitges and took a walk by the sea. We had a coffe in the evening and by eight o'clock we returned home.

I hope today will be as grat as yesterday! See you in the next post!

Tired!

Well, There's only one way to describe how I feel actually: dead!

This morning we went to Climbat to learn how to climb in rocks and other things. My arms and hands got tired of grabbing those little pieces of rock in the walls... But this evening, I had a very hard basketball training, we had to do lots of tiring exercises to improve our physic condition.

But then, I return home, thinking about relaxing at last, I was already feeling the sofa under me before I entered when I realize that there isn't anybody at home. And I had no keys! So I've been waiting for twenty minues at least for my parents to arrive and open me the door!

Well, now that I refer to my parents instead of my mother, my father finally got a plane that went directly to Madrid instead of Dublin and he got home yesterday morning. We went to pick him up from the airport and returned home. He's at home!

Well, I suppose tomorrow you will see more posts, but today I think I deserve a little bit of relaxing time! See you in the next post!

A "House Day"

Well, I think that the most interesting thing I've done today is starting this blog. I woke up at nine thirty and since then, I've stayed at home. I only got out of the house when I went to the supermarket to buy some things and I left the money at home... Sometimes I even think I want to go to school!
I've had a very bad new: my father's flight, that had to take off from Boston this evening (local time) has been cancelled! If it wasn't, tomorrow by twelve o'clock he would be in Spain at last! We don't know what to do, and my mum is now phoning the company. Let's see how it goes...
So this is my first "Diary Day". See you in the next post!

Presentation

Hello Everybody!
I'm Guillermo and this is my blog. This blog is kind of a diary for me and, for that reason, I'm sure I won't be doing this very well: I've never had any diary! So here I am, starting to write about my daily life, day after day, for the first time. I hope you like it!
